Groups
Depending on the nature of a problem, group therapy can be an ideal choice for addressing related concerns and making positive changes. Group therapy takes place once a week for an hour or two. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to groups, while others participate in groups only. Groups are designed to target a specific problem such as depression, anxiety, divorce or grief etc. Other groups focus more generally on helping people deal with range of issues such as improving social skills, shyness, loneliness, low self-esteem and anger.
The Mindful Couple: (3 hrs/2 days) Being a couple is not easy. It takes hard work and a unified strategy. Have you had a heart-to-heat with your loved one recently and aligned your vision? Make sure you are moving in the same direction, with a clear road map and an idea of the signs you may need to look out for on your journey. A short course designed to help you become more present, mindful, and authentic as a partner. The aim is to help you to reconnect with each other in your busy life, improve your relationship skills and strengthen your commitment to your relationship. (Limited to six couples).

The Mindful Teen: Series of guided conversations, practical tools and support to help teens navigate through today’s complex world with mindfulness, clarity and confidence.

Val-YOU: (3 hr/1 day) It is our duty to inspire our children to dream big and then give them the tools to achieve those dreams. Vision boards are fun, practical and powerful way to simplify life goals into stepping stones for success.
Val-YOU is a workshop of self-expression, inner exploration and creation of a personal vision board.
